When I saw the color of this Very Peri, I was stunned, purple-blue with a reddish tint, and I was thinking about how this color would look if used in glass mosaics. Among the colorants in the ceramic industry, purple is an extremely unstable color at high temperature, and this colorant is expensive. When I got this Very Peri color card a week later, I was very excited and communicated my thoughts with the R&D technicians in our factory. It is gratifying that the R&D technicians told me that they are willing to go all out to develop this Very Peri glass mosaic.The process was not very smooth. In the first week, the colorist of R&D gave me 32 formulas, but I rejected all the 32 formulas because the color was still a little far from my ideal Very Peri. The colorist felt incredibly lost and frustrated at the time. I encouraged him to keep going and tweaked another 71 recipes over the next two weeks. Finally, in the third week, after going through 103 formulations, the Very Peri glass mosaic with a high degree of matching that I am satisfied with was finally born.
My thought at the time was that it might be a bit monotonous if it was made into a solid color Very Peri, so I asked our technicians to use special techniques such as hand-painting, magic color and gradient to make this glass mosaic show a variety of rich design sense, see These new products are like a human being with rich emotions, and the colors also have character.
